Our People > Kathryn Cowen

Kathryn has specialised in pensions and worked with Tushar since July 2000. She has acted for all types of pension schemes, from some of the largest in the UK to individual arrangements.

With over 10 years’ experience in the pensions field, Kathryn acts as legal adviser to companies, charities and trustees, with a particular focus on insolvency issues and scheme documentation. She is also our office manager and primary contact for all administrative matters.

Kathryn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. She has been a regular contributor to the Bloomsbury Older Client Law Service and has a degree in French and Russian.
